Relocate "change your signature" link
On the Questions About Scratch forum, a lot of users are wondering how to make a signature. I find the problem is that it's not in an obvious spot, so new Scratchers will be continuously inquiring how someone got a signature.
Also, maybe the same could be done for “close topic”.
EDIT: You know what, how about just merge the whole footer of links with the header. That would be MUCH better.
What I propose is that the “Change your Signature” link be moved to the TOP of the main discussion page, so it'd be easier to spot.

Yeah, the first time I went on the forums, I had a hard time locating where it is.

I wondered where it was until I scrolled all the way to the bottom. And I don't like the Your Topics link at the bottom, because whenever I log in, that's where I go first.

It actually was originally at the top of the page (next to the search link), but it said “Settings”. That was DjangoBB originally had a whole set of user settings. However, the Scratch Team decided that only signatures were important in those settings, so they stripped it down to only show that (that's why the URL to change it is what it is). However, making the link say “Settings” seemed a bit odd, as it only contained your signature. Because of that, they changed it to “Change your signature” and moved it to the bottom of the forum home.
I don't really have anything to say about the idea (I think it works either way), I just wanted to clarify how it got where it was.

PS: I still don't know where it is!
Scroll to the bottom
There's a white box containing a link saying “Change your signature”.
For you it should be on this link.

You're doing it wrong. +((-2) - (-5) - (sqrt of 9) + (12/12) *1)
set [Support v] to ((((-2) - (-5)) - ([sqrt v] of (9))) + (((12) / (12)) * (1)))
