There is a meow language on scratch. I don't use it because when I do programming it gets really confusing.

when I receive [Meow language v]
say [ARGH!! What on earth is that?!] for (2) secs
Switch language to [ English v]
forever
    
think [Phew!
end

Yes there is - and we've had a lot of fun with it
