A Place to put regulations on Forums
I think we should have a main place to put all of the discussion forum regulations. It would state all of the regulations and rules of the forums, and give examples (if possible). Something like this-
Rule Title Rule description
Example: …
Prohaps, there could be a little section on the page giving tips on how to get the best answers to questions, and descriptions (on the Questions about Scratch, help with scripts, bugs and glitches, etc).

We kind of already have this - the stickied topic that says “guidelines” in some forums.

I think We should have it in one place… Plus the fact that there are other stuff we have to put on like Necroposting…
