Idea for Scratch!

I thought of an idea to make a project un-remixible! I thought this would help keep a project unique and original and help stop people stealing it. I've seen people remix projects without making ANY changes! This is just an idea and feedback is appreciated!

Q&A
Q: What if there is a glitch in the project?
A: The person that found the glitch can tell the maker of the project in the comments section.

Q: But I like remixing!
A: Find a project that you can remix.

Q: This isn't needed.
A: It was just a suggestion.

If this isn't allowed, I'm sorry.

This has already been suggested many, many times, and the scratch team aren't going to implement this because it'd go against scratch's motto, imagine, program, share. If the reason you want this is to prevent copying, then I think the scratch team deletes copies of projects anyway. C:

Yep. And if the reason for this suggestion is that you don't want people copying your stuff, there are a few ways to counter that. If you don't want people to copy the coding in your project, you could hypothetically scatter the codes throughout the project (as opposed to having a full code kept to one sprite) and make it mazelike so that it's difficult to pull one code from another. And as for art, well, you could put a watermark on top of the things you make. Otherwise, it's exactly as CrystalStar- said: the purpose of Scratch is so that you can share what you've made, and so that other Scratchers can look at the internal workings, if they're interested.

Yeah, I think that is a good idea, but what if somebody was just trying to use a song?? For example, if they're beginners, they might start out remixing projects with the song, sound, or sprite in them that they want to use (like me). I think there should be a sensor to detect if sprites or code are being added. If there aren't any additions, then the remix should be blocked. That would be AWESOME!!!! I know how annoying this problem is, because it's happened to me before a few times.

It isn't allowed because it violates the Creative Commons license that is attributed to anything shared on the scratch website. If you don't want people to remix your stuff, get an account on some other site and post your stuff there.
