I see that. Beta is only four days away at the time of this reply. Can't wait to see what everyone thinks of it on the 28th!

Yep - just as old links to alpha are redirected to beta.

I saw it a long time ago and it seemed to occur when a user was a member of more than one group (i.e. New Scratcher, Scratcher), both of which had perms to view the forum.

I think I set this “category” to be visible to all groups, and since veggie is a member of both “testers” and “Scratcher”, that may explain why he sees it twice.

Ah, I think I have a fix - if no group is selected to view a category, then everyone can view it.

Right now, you can't see this category if not logged in.

Didn't even have to clear cache; working fine now.

Basically, we have to set the perms for each category to “no” groups, which in Djangobb admin means everyone can see it (and only see it once, which is nice.

I saw that! I was freaking out until I saw the password. “OH NOES! MY SPECIAL ALPHA TESTINESS IS OVER!” But now no projects load. Clearing my cache.

I changed all my saved passwords to match the beta site instead of alpha. I also added the URL to the wiki. (It's OK, because it's still password protected, right?)
