My suggestion is an instant and quick option when we report a post, kinda like this:

• Wrong Forum Section
  
• Containing Mean Word
  
• Spam
  
• Duplicate Topic Of: [insert a link here]
  
• Others: [write here]
  

It will save our time while reporting those post!

Support, however the Duplicate Topic option may be a bit difficult, but I suppose, it would work…

Also, it should be check boxes, such as forums saying 'HIIIIIIIIIII" in a 30 year old dead topic (I am exaggerating…) that is considered necroposting and spamming.

I only call necroposting on that one. Spam for me is “Watch Football and TV 2015 Live spammity linky linky incomplete sentences that another incomplete sentences linky link and this sentence is one that actually never…”

Reporting is to tell the Scratch Team if it's bad. Duplicates aren't bad they're just extremely annoying. In my opinion

Support, as long as the ST adds that “Other” option that you have there if they implement it.

Well, I think the ST doesnt want too many duplicates. The ones that need to be closed are the ones made by the same user… Those are the ones that are really really annoying…
