Alright. Now that we’ve got all formalities sorted aside- Welcome! I’d assume this would be your first time on a SDL-related forum of sorts (Unless you’ve been stalking, of course ;)), but we’d like to enforce that you please read through the entirety of this post regardless, as it could, potentially, clear up any questions you may have at the moment.

And, if you were wondering, which, I’m assuming you are- No, we won’t be dumping nearly as much information after this. All of our background planning takes place behind the curtains, and we wouldn’t dare pile any of that on all of you. For, if you’ve been to any SDL planning site by any means, you’d probably understand where we’re coming from.

General Information:

• All forms of communication, task assignments, and member-related planning will take place on this forum. Please follow this discussion (The button should be at the top right and bottom right of the topic) to ensure that you stay up to date with any tasks and announcements.
  
• If you have any concerns (More details on specifics will be listed below) that you aren’t comfortable with sharing on the forum, please feel free to reach out to Yume and I via our profiles. If the case is urgent (eg. extended leave), be sure to contact both of us just so whoever happens to be online first can respond as soon as possible.
  
  

Releases and Comebacks:

• Our idols have a say in what songs we release. From time to time, we’ll have all of you provide input on the group’s discography.
  
• At DIVINIA, we primarily focus on doing cover songs, simply because the process is a lot quicker and we can ensure a level of quality. However, this is not saying that DL groups will absolutely never release original songs, it’s still really dependent on the situation and we cannot guarantee anything as of currently.
  
• If there are any songs that you would not be comfortable singing for whatever reason besides voice-related concerns (eg. vocal range) as we can provide musical accommodations for those cases, please don’t hesitate to voice out. If you’d feel more comfortable reaching out to us privately rather than on this forum, then do so.
  

Hiatuses:

• If you need to be offline for an extended period of time, please inform us on this forum prior to your leave, preferably as soon as you know you’ll have to be off.
  
• We will not tolerate leaving the group unless it is of dire circumstance. If you do need to take an extended leave, we’ll simply have the comeback release with any remaining members.
  
• Most importantly, please do not place too much stress on yourself at any given moment, for whatever the reason might be. Your physical and mental health are both your top priority, as well as ours.

welcome welcome! by the time you're seeing this, the official lineup of SOLARIS would have been chosen- congratulations to you all for making it in! whether you've met any of the other members or not, feel free to drop an introduction just to get things started, part of why we're using the forums is just so it's easier to have communication between the entire group as well as the (S)DL team. ^^

lookalikes were assigned based off everyone's preferences, but please keep in mind that there is no guarantee you'd have gotten the lookalike you asked for, although we do try our best ahaha- if you'd like to switch, you can discuss with whoever you'd like to swap lookalikes with on here, and tell us if both sides are willing as soon as possible- we will not tolerate any lookalike swap requests after we've already gotten promo projects out ahaha.

i'm assuming you've already read the header post- if you haven't, i'd suggest you do so now just for some base context <3 since the DIVINIA account doesn't have forum posting rights yet, and we figured this would be better for our organization, our forum is under the main SDL account (everyone thank sooeun for making the forum THANK YOU SOOEUN <33) with that, we can officially start deciding on some details of the group! in a reply, please state at least two preferences for each of the following:

member representative elements :: as part of the lore and the group's concept, you'll each have a representative element, which also corresponds to a certain function (i have no other word to describe this with, please give me ideas :,))

AIR - alteration
FIRE - manifestation
WATER - restoration
EARTH - creation
METAL - integration

representative colors :: each member will also have a representative color, used in promotional material such as teasers and for background work like color coding distributions! for SOLARIS, we'd like all the group's colors to be in the darker range to work with our group's concept and vibe ^^

there's a ton of other details that we do need to sort out, but we can get to those later- for now, just try to get these sorted out as we do need it for member intro projects. thank you so much!! i'm beyond excited to work with you all, let's make this the best group yet <33
