Yes, but the original poster isn't asking how to get to the remixtree page. He's asking why the button was removed. The button is gone, though, you can still find it by adding /remixtree to the link of a project to see it!

Even more useful: You could view all the remixes connected to other remixes from the project without having to click through each remix to see how many remixes there are.but it’s actually useful to view remixes in an organized wayThe button was removed in Scratch 3.0, due to its lack of use and necessity
