So someone said on my Sprunki project (that doesn’t have blood whatsoever) that it contains blood. I don’t even see the blood!!! + he/she’s gonna report it. What do I do?

You do absolutely nothing, if you’ve nothing to reproach yourself, you don’t risk anything

Try looking inside your project.
Are there any unused costumes in your Sprunki mod that contains blood or gore in any way?

Well, if there’s no blood and they’re reporting it, I don’t see a reason for you to do anything. No need to freak out. If ST does take it down, then review the project, and then email them. But once again, there should be no reason to get worried about it if there is no blood.
