1. There is absolutely no need to insert a button html element into a scratch project.
2. iframes would definetely not be allowed, as any website could be put into them
3. Videos the same
4. HTML isn't just insert a button here at this position. You align elements with CSS, not selecting X and Y coordinates.
also windows 11 is NT 10.0, so it is accurate

First of all, Don't Write Sentences In Title Case, as that hinders readability.
Secondly, this would be a major security risk. People could throw blue app widgets onto their projects, but blue app isn't even allowed. Even worse, people could embed inappropriate videos, which would be an EXTREME nightmare.

No support.

I would normally support something SIMILAR to this, but iframes SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. Videos, or any kind of anchor links would be as some put it, nightmares. This could be implemented to add an HTML, CSS, and JS editor where some of the capabilities are slightly hindered to not include iframes or links. It would be similar to MakeCode Arcade by Microsoft where you have a “JavaScript” editor. The idea is there, but the common sense is not.

i don't actually see the purpose for the button blocks. just create a normal sprite and program it to respond to mouse hovers/clicks/whatever. the plus to doing that instead is you can style the button using the costume editor instead of having to write CSS.

iframes and external videos open a whole can of worms - the biggest of which being whoever hosts the content being embedded into the project can change it without the creator knowing, with that being shown in the project.
