You might not necessary get banned but you could get a alert as it could been seen as offensive and disrespectful to some people

It's ok, as long as it's not used as an insult.

It's not recommended as the phrase is insulting in nature.

Yes, but don't say it to a scratcher, because it can be rude.

as long you aren't direct saying it to someone or if you put a “/j” at the end, i think it's fine

The simple inclusion of “Your Mom” or “Yo Mama: in a description or text field somewhere should be okay.

Jokes about doing inappropriate things with Your Mom or talking about how ”Your Mom is so fat" among other insulting jokes wouldn't be, though.

Depends on the context in which it’s used. However, it’s probably best to put a tone tag at the end of the joke as some people might not take it lightly.

I don't think anybody is actually going to get seriously offended by a yo mama joke (unless its inappropriate or something like that).

It is okay to say it, HOWEVER it is NOT okay to use it as an insult to scratchers!

It's kind of offensive and off-topic as a topic in what I'm working on. I wouldn't recommend saying it, but you can decide for yourself.
