Scratch's' moderation system...
1. That’s just despicable saying that we don’t have right of speech, bc no matter where we go we all have rights. So plz don’t speakModerators are already actual moderators. The mods are not bots Fair Moderation: Actual moderators can better distinguish between genuine violations and false reports, ensuring that projects are banned for legitimate reasons only.
Community Trust: A human moderation team can build trust within the community by providing clear and reasonable explanations for their actions.@KingJacob101 made a petition about this but it was banned, we have freedom of speech, petition, and assembly, @Queen_of_foodies made another petition about this. You don't have the right to freedom of speech on a website. Only the government can't suppress your speech.@ToastedPotatoGuy had been targeted by mass and false reporters. He probably was mistaken or lying.@me? i've said i didn't have *purple app texting platform* and got bannedYou are not allowed to say private messaging platforms, like that one at all.“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”It says, Congress. Scratch is not Congress.
2. It was literally just a petition. What’s so bad about the truth?
3. Just put here

1. It is the truth. You agreed when you signed up for this website. The Terms of Use say that the Scratch Team can ban you for whatever reason, meaning that there is no free speech, as the ST has the right to censor you. Ironically you also say that I shouldn't speak, doesn't that violate the 1st Amendment in your opinion? 1. That’s just despicable saying that we don’t have right of speech, bc no matter where we go we all have rights. So plz don’t speak

bc no matter where we go we all have rightsThe 1st Amendment does not apply to companies, only the government. Scratch is not a government website, therefore it doesn't apply. The Constitution quite literally says Congress. Anything that isn't Congress doesn't apply. Feel free to bring up a lawsuit if you think your rights have been violated, but the judge will side with Scratch.
2.Nothing. However, the petition is based on misleading statements, as is this one.

(#26)again, mass reports DO get reverted if the content isn't truly inapropriate. and comment mutes are necessary to prevent bad stuff from showing to children, as, remember, the site is meant for ALL ages.

47. Based on Article 20 DSA, online platforms must provide users with a system to lodge complaints,Final time I'm sending this link, but this time actually quoting the paragraph.
electronically and free of charge, against content moderation decisions that negatively affect them. Users have
six months to apply to the system since the day they were informed of the platform’s decision. The internal
complaint-handling system must be easily accessible, user-friendly, and enable and facilitate the submission
of sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated complaints. Online platforms must handle complaints in a
timely, non-discriminatory, diligent and non-arbitrary manner, and reverse unsubstantiated decisions without
undue delay. Users must be informed without undue delay of the reasoned decision and of the possibility of
out-of-court dispute settlement and other available possibilities for redress. The decisions must be taken under
the supervision of appropriately qualified staff, and not solely on the basis of automated means.
5.2 Out-of-court dispute settlement bodies
This is getting tiring to read.
You are suggesting a nonprofit org that has nothing to gain by breaking the law, is intentionally and knowingly breaking the law.
They would be losing money and risking being shut down by doing this. That is not something any sane person running a site nonprofitly would want.
I'm out.

1. Though, I am not the only person that think this! I’m pretty sure a lot of people would be on my side! So If I was to go in court, which I’m not going to, I would bring in every single person that would get banned for speaking up.1. It is the truth. You agreed when you signed up for this website. 3. That’s what everyone says about stuff like that. “It has misleading things.” All of it is absolutely correct. His friend got all his projects banned. That’s one of the reasons he made the project

(#35)But it's… not? Can you try to logically reason and give some evidence that isn't secondhand-sourced?
All of it is absolutely correct.
