New rejected suggestion: Allow banned users to use Scratch
I think this would fall under the obviously rejected category

Put that one under “remove the green flag”

Also, could “READ BEFORE SUGGESTING ANYTHING” be added to the title?

I believe adding Leopard here may be beneficial?
Added. I'm wondering if it's too advanced for the average Scratcher, and I'm not a fan of how you'd need to make an account to use it, but I wasn't able to convince myself that those aren't good reasons to add it.

Also, snap! could be added as it has a “codification” feature
I'm pretty sure I found the codification feature, but I didn't see any way in which it could be considered text-based Scratch-like programming. Maybe I'll leave it off for now since I link to Snap elsewhere in the list.

I'm not sure if that's exactly the right description, but it seems obviously rejected either way.

Blocking inactive/student accounts from VPNs is rejected
Blocking VPNs has been suggested a few times. Could anyone please find examples of when “Block VPNs” has been suggested/rejected? Is it about time to add it to the list?

No, because I don't want users to feel that they have to read a very long list before posting any suggestions. This list is meant to be a useful resource for those who find it — particularly if another Scratcher directs them to it, as they should — rather than some “prerequisite” to using the Suggestions forum.

It's already on the list, 8.11 (I hope that's the right number…)
Unless you're talking about something else and I've misunderstood lol- sorry if so

If a user could change their username (or even set a certain “nickname” or “display name”), this could be very confusing for the Scratch community, especially for those following that user. In addition, this would make moderation of the website more difficult because it would be harder for the Scratch Team to keep an eye on what a user may be doing.
What if main display name was displayed like the username is now but the username was displayed below it, so that the display name would still matter but the username could still be seen for identification. And what if there was a ratelimit on display name changes?

4.1 Disable “See Inside” or restrict sharing
“Restrict sharing” is quite confusing, as it implies a suggestion to restrict someone's ability to share projects. Maybe change it to “restrict viewing” or “private projects”?
