Campers need to go around to other SWC-ers and ask them a question to learn something new about them! Each response a camper gets back will count as a note (sibling cabin members will count as 3, and member within our cabin can count as 5). In total, we could make it so that campers need to gain 100 notes in total?

we need to come up with some writing prompts/self-care activities to have in each concert ^^

some ideas-
- pick a random writing trope and flip it! for example, enemies to lovers would become lovers to enemies ^^
- write about a character stumbling upon a figurative hidden treasure (sooo maybe a special person or experience, i didn't know how to word it adlkfjg)
- take a 30 min break from screens and spend it with a family member, friend, or doing something you enjoy
- write a journal entry about your day
- ref;ect on a time you really enjoyed and write about why you enjoyed it so much/what makes it special

It's probably really bad (so if you want to make any edits, please feel free to), given that I'm currently feeling rather uninspired, but it's something! Let me know if you want me to change anything, too

Two of the girls — Alana and Snowy — lead you down a winding path in the flickering city. You weave through the crowds, keeping your eyes on the strangers you’ve met, the words “Battle of the Bands” running through your mind on repeat. What does it mean?

Eventually, they stop at (I need to see the thumbnail first to say this). Alana turns back to you and tells you, “So I’m sure you’ve been wondering. What is the Battle of the Bands?”

You nod. Snowy’s eyes dart past you, and you follow her gaze to where another color has disappeared.

After a brief pause, Alana continues. “Right now, the musical realms are disappearing. Every time one fades, a part of the city goes dark. We’ve called you here because we need you to help us figure out what’s going on and how we can stop it — before it’s too late.”

“So,” Snowy says, addressing you specifically, “welcome to Team (number). Let’s save the realms.”

Edit, totally unrelated: Hiii, would anyone be able to make a project with my banner in it for me? It doesn't need to be anything fancy — literally just the picture in a project is all I need. Scratch really hates me and my thumbnails, and it has consistently not been working, so I'm hoping that if someone else can get it as the thumbnail and then I can copy it over to my own project…maybeee it'd work? I'm just trying anything here at this point, haha

Speaking of the collabs, I had a bit of time today and no one was home, so I recorded a little Risk piano demo of the first verse + pre chorus + chorus + bridge, so maybe that's helpful for the collab? I'll rerecord for the final, obviously. Also! I may be slightly off/time or play a couple of wrong notes here and there (and it's entirely possible that I have the wrong key, because I'm ever-so-terrible at discerning things like that) but I don't have a score and am playing it by ear (hence why it's not the whole song, as I don't know the rest of the lyrics and tune well enough to sing it in my head to keep time + the notes). Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it- I also know just chords, if we want to do that

• Attending concerts: Queen, The Script, The Beatles, Bastille, Linkin Park
  

• Choose your own adventure quest: since the Rock realm is located in what looks like the Underworld, there'll be a few puzzles that campers need to solve in order to save the realm crystal that's holding the realm together.
  

Three locations

• Treacherous Lava Seas: Stepping Stones! Campers need to get across the lava to follow the path. Essentially, the stones that used to make up the old path have started to sink, so campers need to find out where they are to make it across safetly. There will be a grid (kind of like battleship) where campers can guess certain coordinates. If they guess correct, a stone will be revealed. Each guess will be worth 3 notes (which they already earned before coming to Rock). If campers run out of notes, then they'll have to face the lava monster > (aka do some collab writing challenge) To get more activity going, campers can guess an infinte amount of times per day, just that after they guess, someone else in the cabin needs to make a guess before they can guess again.
  

• The Lost Caves: Wall Paintings! There are essentially going to be a series of pictures that campers have to “decode” in order to find where the core note is being kept. Each picture will reveal a leader's name, and they will have to go comment on that leader's profile to get a letter from them. All of the letters combined will be the final location ^^
  

• Actually finding the core itself: campers have to complete x dailies and x weeklies together!

I know the pop genre best, so it'd probably be easiest for me to organize activities there? I could also do classical or something, too

I’d be happy to do classical and synth since I know those genres fairly well! I don’t mind doing other genres as well
