On the official Quest for Bugs wiki, most editors can't edit those pages because they are in the “page” namespace, when they should be in the “QfBWiki” namespace. The namespace of a page is defined in the page's title, but the only way to change the title of an article is to move the page's contents to a new page of the desired title (or, in this case, namespace) and leave a redirect on the old page.
Because moving a page requires editing it, the one moving the page must have permission to edit both namespaces.

To access the visual editor, click on “Edit” next to the search bar. To access the source editor, click on “Edit source”.
You need an account to do this. If only a “View source” button is showing, you do not have permission to edit the wiki page.
