take your stupid TPM 2.0 requirement and flush it down the toilet.
lets be real, the Windows 11 requirements are stupid, its just reskinned Windows 10. im pretty sure if my PC can run windows 10, it can run 11 too. Microsoft's just running out of money and want you to buy new hardware (like the surface) from their website, and I AINT HAVIN IT

You should be able to get an ISO for 11 from MS's website, after you do so change some registry keys to make the computer think it supports Windows 11. Install and enroll in the Insider program for updates.

Windows 11's requirements are Vista's but any PC can still run it fine.

(Just switch to Linux - You don't want 11, it's more bloated than 10's Candy Crush Start Menu)
i haven't had a huge issue with bloatware in windows 10 or 11
i just uninstalled all of it
There's some of it that you can't uninstall.
1. Copilot
2. Edge
This is Windows! You can uninstall anything if you try hard enough. What do you think I did? regedit and the group policy editor also exist :)
One more thing has anyone had problems installing 24h2?
I had to leave the insider beta before I could get it! XD For some reason, the beta channel is still oh 23H2

I would use windows 7 If steam still supported it :(

Also, when my sister rebooted her PC this morning, opened Chrome, and pressed “Restore Tabs” they all popped up in Edge. Why Microsoft?????????

Yes. My 23H2 kept saying I need to upgrade, so I did it. It restarted and just 30 secs later booted normally. I was surprised it was done so quick. Wrong. I go to Settings > Windows Update and it said that there was an error while installing the update. Microsoft, what’s wrong with my PC that I bought from you?

I got a driver error, and they told me to unplug any unnecessary devices, like USB dongles and non-boot drives. Microsoft, since 23h2 worked, what changes could you have made for it to not work? After installing a BIOS update, a random every-other-month package, and something else I don't remember, we were ready to install 24H2. Problem was, after all that effort, it said that it was up to date. I ran winver, and it showed as being on 23H2! What the heck Microsoft!

I really don't think it's possible. Edge is pretty much baked into the OS.
I really want it to be uninstallable

Everything is uninstallable- although in this case I would kinda recommend against it, so that you have something if you accidentally delete your other browser(s). Yeah, it's not the best browser- and it's privacy features are trash- but you can download other browsers from it.

What annoys me is how Microsoft actively tries to prevent you from download Chrome as much as they can

“Added trust of Microsoft” how ironic

Well, you could do something like download Firefox, or download Chromium directly (as Microsoft isn't going to try to prevent their own devs from getting Chromium's source code) and build it.

Not to mention that Edge has just about the worst privacy of any major browser. Even Chrome is (slightly) better than it

Well, I don't really trust them since Recall was introduced on 24H2.

you should try firefox.
it is similar to edge, but more privacy-friendly, especially with some about:config tweaks and some extensions

honestly if i want to use a new browser, i'd go with Brave. ive used it on some experimental laptops, and i find Brave appears to be the most private browser ive used. the only thing is that ive got like…50% of the things i do on my PC in Edge, and my settings and everything are set up how i like it, so it'd be a hard transition.

New rule for this topic: The Linux users can stop complaining about Windows when they figure out how to make driver installs not take seventeen hours.

Found a way:
Get a faster computer and internet connection

For the record, I haven't had an install for any drivers on any computer I've been installing drivers on take longer than 15 minutes in 5 years.
