I remember managing to access a Scratch page while banned, so what pages can banned users access?

Any non-2.0 page.

I've landed on some connections (Not actually a connection - But I don't think I should be specifying here even if it's common knowledge these days since people do use this to evade) that people had abused to break rules, and I was basically able to access any every non-2.0 page.

EDIT: Didn't realize OP meant normal bans and not IP bans.

Every? When I was banned (and of I check some of my old banned alt’s, don’t worry im not evading, I have permission), I can’t access studios, home page, messages, etc. I can only access rules pages.

Though you may technically be able to access these, I believe it is clear the OP is what you can access that isn’t against the rules, and saying all 3.0 pages, if this is the case, is comparable to saying every feature in Scratch is an accepted suggestion and is really quite unconstructive

I don't know as I have not been banned. From what I'm hearing, the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and the Stats page
