there is an “addons” button at the top, the addons should work on mobile too

I've added a ternary block to scratch-blocks. The shape of this one is strange, but that's to distinguish it from other reporters.

This isn't available in the editor yet as I haven't coded the functionality (only the block itself), but it should be here by tomorrow.

50_scratch_tabs, could you implement the ternary block in the compiler? I was able to implement it when the compiler is disabled, but it doesn't work if it's off.
Once it's implemented I can commit the ternary block to scratch-gui so it can be used in the editor.
