make a scratch editor dark theme

I totally support it. I have everything on my PC and phone on dark mode and Scratch is the only thing that does not have it.

Support because it would be much easier to people who are creating scratch projects at night and less blinding in the face.

Support. Some people would want the dark mode to be daytime and nighttime, others nighttime.

Some people also think that light mode is to bright for their eyes.
