First, set up Scratch.
Open project editor
Get the Text To Speech Extension
Get The Forever Loop
Make 24 Messages (For Every Hour)
Then, Do This Code:

when green flag clicked
forever
broadcast [ broadcast 01:00]
wait (3, 600) secs
when I receive [ broadcast 01:00]
(use the text to speech to send the broadcast to the fellow scratcher!)
end

And Use the Text To Speech To Make The Service Work. Also, In the Forever Loop, After The Message Has Been Broadcast, Put A Wait Block With The Input, 3, 600 seconds (1 hour).
