Does not work well, as I mentioned before. A lot of blocks are missing, the creator isn't working on it anymore, you cannot create custom blocks, the paint editor does not save, there are no sounds, and there are also other issues.

3.0 was being worked on in 2016- long before Adobe announced the Flash player's discontinuation. The ST just wanted to use web tech.

With that comes mobile support, since mobile devices didn't generally come with the Flash player (but do have HTML standards-compliant browsers- I'm actually writing this on an iPad). The ST kept this in mind when creating 3.0, and intentionally made it easier to use on mobile.
