Going back to @conta-1's Spanish (Portuguese?) list from last week: somehow I didn't look closely enough at the time, and it turns out that their list is just a translation of the table of contents, while @Super-Cat-Poderoso21's list (currently linked) is a translation of the full list. As a result, I don't think I need to make any changes here.

It was decided that it was not useful. Back in the day people would make a bunch of guides that no one really needed. A Scratch project is a better place to put a guide.

Strictly speaking, “deleting your comments everywhere if no one has seen them” is a subset of “deleting your comments everywhere” and hence it is rejected. I've edited the list to be more explicit about this.

I think you should be able to see views but it doesn't give you a notification, also maybe be able to turn on and off specific notifications

Is all types of mouse customization blocked, or is mouse customization allowed if the mouse is in the stage?

However, changing the look of the mouse pointer to one of the default mouse pointers is NOT rejected. You can discuss that on this topic.

I wouldn't be surprised if slightly broader mouse control is considerable, but anything that could make the mouse pointer invisible or prevent it from leaving the project screen is definitely rejected.
