This is an old topic. ScratchX was a modified ver of I think, Scratch 2.0 v44_ (can’t remember the last num). Also don’t quote the entire OP.
Adobe Flash ended support on New Years Eve 2020, and completely lost support less than a month later. To access it now you need a flash browser and install it with the guide here (just the archive.org link with flashplayer old or whatever):
