Hey guys, I've done some quick calculations and I reckon we'll need to have Alana's answers by the 22nd so five day (six for you?) should I send her a ping if she doesn't respond by the end of the day?

Oh- that's a good idea! Maybe the backup plan could be interviewing one of us? Or we could just go ahead and release the poll and then release the first interview when Alana's done with questions?

We could release the poll and then while we're sorting out the first poll and organising the questions and everything to choose who to talk to (cause its the first one and it might be a bit confusing) we could share Alana's so we have a pre-ready one for the first Friday?

Yep, that sounds great! It would delay everything by a week but I also think this buys us more margin in the future - which is good!

Of course!!

So we're currently interviewing Alana with 16 questions. And once she's responded we're going to post the first interview on the nearest Monday to the first poll. Which is set to be released on the 24th Jan and then the interview with Alana the Friday after if she can get the answers done by then <33

We've been working on the Design, the link to the interview and Design should be on the very first post on the forum. Aside from that not much more. You can read through the posts to understand more if you'd like <33

If you can find some of the boba plas sure! DUplicate whichever slide you'd like to put them on and then fiddle around and when people go on they'll eventually respond with suggestions and thoughts and stuff <33

Just a reminder that the Poll is going to go out on Monday so- someone will have to post that (I’ll be away or just back) and Alan’s hasn’t responded yet but we’ve moved the date forward to the following Friday after the Monday so she has a little more time to respond <3

I can post it instead? I’ll be here on Monday so as long as the design slides are shared and finalised by Sunday I can put it up Sunday Evening (Monday Morning NZDT) or Monday morning (Monday evening NZDT)

It would be really nice if you could write a project description since I’m releasing it on your behalf - I think just a few double checks of the Canva and if you need me to instate a voting system of any kind I can do that! I’m also planning on making a spreadsheet to keep track of votes and stuff in the future <3
