0.x: Introduction
0.1 - Shoppers should mainly read 1.x and the Footnotes, which comprise the Customer Guidelines, and that is the section of the ToS that shoppers are required to follow.
0.2 - Staff should read all of the ToS, and 1.x, 2.x, and the Footnotes, comprise the greater Combined Policies that staff have to follow.
0.3 - If you violate the Combined Policies (as staff) or the Customer Guidelines (as a shopper) then you'll receive a strike. After three strikes, usage of the shop is prohibited.
0.4 - If you receive a strike, you can attempt to appeal the strike by taking it to @Mozboz, head of the services, and providing the reasons why you should have it overturned. This also applies to when you receive three strikes.

1.x: For the Interest of the Customer
1.1 - Please follow the Scratch Community Guidelines.
1.2 - The CGs are a very vague document, so the Terms of Use are also in play. In addition, any policies stated in the Announcements forum or other areas of Scratch will apply.*
1.3 - Staff members are human too, do not treat them like AI or Daft Punk**. We will take some time to complete orders.
1.4 - If your order is cancelled, rejected, or does not live up to your standards, do not make a fuss or take action against us, or we will provide a strike.
1.5 - If your order is a large portion of the content it is being created for, or your content highlights the music and the user doesn't really have to do anything (or, if your content is an animation, the animation takes a back foot) we will cancel your order.
1.6 - We have the exclusive right to take back an order. You will receive all three strikes if you keep the content, although we cannot enforce this due to our content falling under CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
1.7 - Do not quote the OP - the OP includes the ToS and any other posts on page one.***

2.x - For Staff
2.1 - Do not berate customers for their actions.
2.2 - Follow the Scratch Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, and any other policies.
2.3 - Two strikes will get you fired, but you can be re-hired if you appeal a strike or you give a good reason why.
2.4 - Your work is created under CC BY-SA 4.0. You may not claim copyright over the music if another user uses the music with full credit - the CC BY-SA 4.0 license doesn't allow this.
2.5 - If you have any unfinished orders that the user has cancelled - or the order has been rejected - then you may send them back to us to finish and add to the Free Sound Library.
2.6 - Do not quote the OP - the OP includes the ToS and any other posts on page one.***

*It's hard to know them all, so we'll let you off the first time if you break an obscure rule.
**We are not harder, better, faster, or stronger.
