Strikes Explained

Blue - Did not finish an order on time with reason - 3 of these means fired - If it happens regularly you will be fired - Lose 1 a week.
Pink - Did not respond to an activity check - 2 of these means fired - Lose 1 every two months.
Purple - Did not follow rules - 2 of these means temporary fire - Lose 1 a month.
Red - Extreme rudeness or finished order 1 week after due date - Lose 1/2 a month - 2 of these means fired
