possibly it could be in project sea.

there's the project idea generator.
there's a big lever that randomizes all the ideas.
there's three smaller levers that randomizes one part of the idea.
there's coding cards, simple tutorials, and videos too!

the main characters could go to this area at the beginning of the movie to get some ideas for what to code.

Can that be part of the movie? In the movie it could generate random paths that lead to random places for the characters to go to

SCRATCH CAT CLONES
Scratch Cat sees Kaj in the banlands. He is holding the hide block. It is attached to a boomerang. If anybody except Kaj touches it, they will disappear unless the Show block goes near their original location. Kaj throws the block at a dead bush, and it disappears. One show button is not enough. Even one Scratch Cat is not enough.
EVERYBODY: GASP! It's the hide block!
SCRATCH CAT: Off to the cloner!
They arrive at the cloner that Scratch Cat has previously made in this script.
PICO: Why are we here again?
SCRATCH CAT: The hide block can make anyone vanish! We need to clone ourselves!
Everybody runs in the cloner. 50 Scratch Cats, Gobos, Teras, Nanos, Gigas, and Picos appear because 300/6 is 50.
EVERYONE EXCEPT SCRATCH CAT: OOH! PRETTY! (definitely not a reference to an episode in numberblocks)
