First Look/Impression - Reasons: Eh, it's not the best with too much quotes, I think it would be better if the so called ‘directions’ would go on the actual post but it's too late but otherwise it is okay.
Staff Quality - Reasons: I mean, the staff did not notice my order except for the owner (who did my order), you need more staff, try to find people.
Speed - Reasons: it took 1 DAY which was very fast and it was cool! But try not to rush it since it makes stuff bad and it makes the quality bad.
Order Quality - Reasons: Well, the easiest thing spotted is the proportions, i wanted a long rectangle banner but it's okay, i didn't ask for it but next time, you should ask for how long pixels wide and length.
