The Smolskeen Government is deciding on implement more measures (as well as some elections, which only Digital Citizens and Real Citizens of Smol can vote) that will decide on who will be a ruler.

We need to implement stronger rule because our micronation doesn't feel connected at all and our rulers seem to have too much freedom (I'm being serious, nobody's trying to solve our great economic depression ;-; ). Therefore we are seriously considering hosting polls and have checks on rulers of states to make sure that they are doing what is good for the people.
