I'm honestly not sure which one mine would be. They're all good (all of them). My favorite might be Speed Highway Act 2? Seaside Hill Act 2? Sky Sanctuary Act 2?
Also, when will we start discussing discuss Shadow Generations? A week after the Digital Deluxe release date? A week after the standard release date? Personally, I'd say that we start discussing it a week after the standard release date (November 1st).

Just got Hyper Sonic and Maxed out my lives and continues in Sonic 3 AIR

So, I just beat Shadow Generations a few hours ago. Overall, a very good game. The stages were finally back to the length they were in Unleashed (4-6 minutes), and the S Ranks are challenging (I mainly got B's in stages, D's in bosses). The challenges aren't anything spectacular, but they are there for the extra content, and they aren't bad. The Doom powers are cool, the music is fantastic, and this is the first Hedgehog Engine 2 game that can rival Generations in terms of graphics.
