I see people complaining that projects aren't games because they only use scratch for unblocked games.
Make it like the “I don't like this project.” The response should be…

Scratch is for all ages, and all kinds of projects! If you prefer different genres of projects, try searching for projects, or creating a studio about the projects you enjoy viewing.

I have seen someone saying they reported something because it isn't a game.

Support, lowers false reports (even if they're rarer than everybody thinks)

It's not that false reports aren't rare (I would actually argue the contrary), it's that false reports leading to a (permanent) project takedown is almost unheard of.
Note that it has happened before, to my knowledge- when the project asks itself to be reported, which is a violation of the rules itself. However, people may not report it for this reason

It's truly horrible to have someone's animation or art deleted because some 9 yr old coming to play unblocked geometry dash at his school

I do get that you have seen this happen before, but I haven't. So how do we know how many times this happens?

Not a, ‘no support’ to be clear (I hardly ever ‘not support’ a suggestion. I'm usually neutral) I'd just to know the answer before I form an opinion

I think perhaps they are referring to the fact ST is receiving reports that are… Well, pointless? (I can't speak for them)

yes simply saying “I support” does not convince the ST that this suggestion is good for scratch, but what if they simply want to show their support for the suggestion without adding anything? they simply agree with the OP and have nothing more to add.
if the forums had some sort of positive reaction system I could see how this could be a policy, but they don't. if we require that every post add something new to the topic, then several other posts should have gotten this “explain why you support” statement from you.
in fact, the scratch team considers the pros and cons even without the responses and supports. him explaining why he supports will rarely do anything for the suggestion.
