How? That doesn't even make sense! There's no way to quote someone with a comment! The only thing I could think you could possibly mean is stickying a comment that said something like “I really like this project!” But in that case, why should it matter? They're just showing people some of the feedback they've gotten! If someone really needed that anyways they could just delete all comments that weren't positive feedback.

Stickied comments prove to stand out MUCH more than text placed right next to the project. Many people don't bother to read the Notes and Credits or Instructions, as the text is off to the side and sort of dull and in an unobtrusive grey background. However, people posting in the comments would probably notice a box directly above where they entered comments, as they would have to scroll past it anyways to get to the box to enter a comment, and it would be right above the text they were writing. Much more noticeable.

I really think you don't understand the suggestion. The suggestion is that the OWNER of the project can make it so comments of THEIR CHOOSING stay at the top of the project. The OWNER of the project would sticky questions because they were repetitively asked and answered in the notes, but nobody was reading the notes. And if people want to sticky f4fs or ads on their OWN projects, why should we care? It doesn't really affect us. They could put ads all over their projects and put one in the comment every other day, but nobody is complaining about that.

Well, I find that at least half the suggestions were at least useful if not plausible - I don't really see why it would be necessary to think that most suggestions aren't well considered.

people don't just suddenly get super awesome ideas, that's why they suggest it so other people can see and help add things to do it If it's so constructive then help find some ways to make it better or point out what you specify didn't like

Also I'm different. Most people will support probably about 60% of the time, but forget about that, because I'm one of the few who don't like change unless there's a good reason for it.
