You have to remember that the Scratch Team are a group, not a single person. I'd imagine they'd have to discuss changes before implementing them. Also I'm certain there are priorities, what's the point in adding a new update if the severs are down and no one can access scratch? While I do support this suggestion I just think putting the blame on one person is very unrealistic considering there are other aspects and parts of the picture. They may be managing something else of bigger importance or maybe have been trying and there aren't any results yet.

Most people using scratch have school computers and cant get extensions. So it doesn't fix the problem
