I'd also suggest we pull from https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/topic/681864/ and develop TI-84 Scratch as a TW extension.

TI-84 Support For Scratch

Is this going to be an emulator of the 1.4, 2.0, or 3.0 editor?
Also, how will input be received by the APP?
Will the arrow keys control a cursor, and other buttons function as the keyboard? Or will you connect an external keyboard or mouse to the side port?

this isnt easy i recommend coding python version cause it might be easier and would work on TI-84 + CE PI

I haven't tried python on one myself, but the Wikipedia page describes the python version as “extremely slow” which probably isn't a good sign. I think for it to be usable by any definition it would probably have to be written in assembly.

You'll have to develop an entirely different app for scratch to get It working on a TI calculator

Besides, the TI-84s usually support BASIC.
