I found a very weird german cgi cartoon on the internet, I am pretty sure it counts as “obscure”. It is called “Hello from Berlin”, and it is supposed to be for people who are learning German in school (kids in particular) . It also was made in 1996, when cgi was something brand new.

littlest pet shop

they're kinda obscure despite airing on the same network as my little pony.

Dan vs barely has an active fandom and not many people talk about it lol

and lps? uhh I haven't checked if its as obscure as Dan vs but maybe it is

I used to watch Poundpuppies, it might or might not count as obscure (and it is on Discovery family, like my little pony)

I'm not sure if the 1st one is real or just a made up memory…because i can't find both anywhere and i don't know their names

Mew Mew Power is the english dub of Tokyo Mew Mew, right? I like it, but yeah, it's not really that popular. Although, I think the iDOLM@STER kinda popular, it just depends on where you look
