I forget what my title is but I think I have the power to respond to this. If not seg-leinad can correct me. I'm going to say no, because we aren't looking to join any federations at the moment. I don't see any benefit to federations beyond superficial “rewards” that don't actually mean anything. Sorry for the inconvenience.
