Some Copyright Problems in scratch-flash fonts
Scratch Font is also copyrighted? No way!
https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/topic/93226/
https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/wiki/Scratch_FontI contacted pizzadude and he said MIT purchased the rights to the font a while back, that's how come they can trademark it.
The Scratch Font is the font used in the Scratch Logo and all associated indicia.
The font was included with versions of Scratch prior to Scratch 1.3. It is also available in Scratch 2.0.
This font was not by the Scratch Team, it was actually created by a non-Scratch user called, “pizzadude” under a different name.

It's very possible that ST legally licensed all these fonts.

@myeducate says that when contacted, pizzadude said that MIT had the rights to one of his fonts. When I looked on his Dafont page, this was the only thing I could find even remotely close to the Scratch font; in fact, it looked exactly like it. So, I wouldn't say that it's a possible match, I'd say it's a 100% complete match.Scratch Font is also copyrighted? No way!

Please don't necropost. This has been inactive for over 6 years, and just saying “hi” without even adding anything to the discussion is unhelpful.
