Yeah actually I turned off the 3.0 -> 2.0 userstyle for a sec and then it became a switch.

On your projects near the top of the comments there should be a slider that says “Commenting on” when you click it it switches to “Commenting off” and the comments will now be closed.

I'm trying to decide if it means that or if it means that the content is not allowed in general, as she says it's best to report it when you see it. Apparently a Hazbin Hotel project got taken down.
