Isnt that logic kind of flawed? I dont think the OP expects it to get everyone on the website to take initiative on love/fav detectors, The goal is just to notify people that it is not allowed

Either way, i support this suggestion, worst case scenario, the announcement wont do anything and thats it. its worth a shot because even if it fails, it wont cause any damage to the site, and i doubt its that hard to make a announcement (however i am not affiliated with scratch team so i dont know if it is hard to make an announcement). Because of how low the risk is, i think its worth it. If it works then it works. if not then oh well.
