The Questions about Scratch section should have more info about filter issues (a lot of users mistakenly ask there) and ban appeals.

As for the filter issues one, will do in a few minutes real quick.

Yeah, though I'm unsure if that would make this a dupe of your suggestion to do that.I don't know for sure. You might be best off not doing it.
