there already is a scratch touch screen thing it's called scratch jr as for the 3d i wish the scratch team would do it its still possible to make 3d things but a heck of alot harder the scratch team won't listen thay say 3d would make scratch more complicated when in realit it would make so many peaple happy and LESS complicated cuz noobs cat just use 2d while pros can use 3d and make it LESS hard to make 3d projects!!!
