Custom Emojis on Forums

If this was implemented, it would be very very difficult to moderate, and scratchers would just start testing their emojis everywhere.

Maybe update the forums to Scratch 3 would fix it.

Yeah but currently there are still people like new scratchers or people that have never been in forums before using the normal current emojiis and spamming them

like that for absolutely no reason. Since people already do that, I think it would be the same with the custom ones, and the solution is to just report them. Also, as I already said and everyone ignored me inappropriate images shouldn't be a problem since profile pictures and studio thumbnails also have that same problem since you can set them straight from your files.

By the way, putting images in forums is already possible (except for new scratchers) and you could just make a small 15x15 icon or something.

On the bottom of the emoji dropdown, there should be a button with a blue + icon named “New emoji”.

This is the emoji maker. Notice that the circle on the color selector is the selector of colors.

Once the new emoji is made, it will appear on the emoji dropdown only for the user who made it.
Custom emoji can only be used by the user who made it, not by everyone else.
Also,custom emojis have their own code, like:
:test: :test: :scratch :hello:

support but maybe it's an editor like thing, you click ‘make emoji’ and then you can add a face, and the color, and that's it, no tags.
