I've noticed the old topic is extremely obselete, so here we go! This topic is fully updated for Scratch 3!

micro:bit
micro:bit is a pocket computer developed by BBC/Microsoft. You will need Bluetooth to connect.

LEGO Mindstorms EV3/Mini
LEGO has provided many helpful resources about how to use/connect a Mindstorm. You will need Bluetooth to connect.

LEGO Boost
Requires Bluetooth. Note that you might need a kit/tutorial about how to set one up.

LEGO Education WebDo 2.0
Again, requires Bluetooth. You might need a tutorial to do this.

Go Force and Acceleration
Vernier has also released helpful resources on this. Needs Bluetooth.

Makey Makey
JoyLabz (creator of MM) has some resources on this. This one doesn't require Bluetooth or WiFi.

Before it was taken down (the repository is now archived but you can still see it), it had micro:bit. ScratchX is still mentioned in the FaQ page. To see it go here:
