I do know that the first ever fanfic I read was a wall e fanfic about Wall e being dead and then EVE decides to… I can't mention. It wasn't really that good for a first.
…what the? XD
Something related to if I say I would get a very detailed alert. So I'm not saying.
I meant “why that specific one as your first” lol

Because during the time I watches some wall e videos over and over again. There was an animation called “The Widow” which was based off a fanfic of chapter one. I saw the link to it so I decided to read it since I knew what a fanfic was. I read all of the chapters and I was in shock about what happened in chapter two.

This was during the last October or November. Maybe December but idk specifically all I know is that it was the first one I ever read.

Question to bump the thread: What was that one part that made you exist out of a certain fanfic?

My Example: For me one time I was reading a fanfic and not knowing the tags I stopped reading after “shoved and entire cake into (NAME)” and I got uncomfortable reading and turns out it was an inflation fanfic.

What's worse is that it was a Happy wars fanfic.

The concept of fanfiction isn't bad in of itself.

I don't read that much fanfic, so I can't answer this question. My favourite stuff either is too obscure for a fanfic or doesn't have enough canon lore for a fanfic to be possible.

*unrestricted internet access as in ‘'my parents don’t allow me to go on inappropriate sites n stuff but they don't actually use a blocker that blocks me from viewing these stuff''

Mine would be… It was really terrible and disgusting. I don't even know if I should mention it there. All I can say is that it had steve cobs in it.

Not really fanfiction, but it was on the energy-generating pad so it still counts. I don't even want to talk about it, and even if I wanted to I couldn't. All I can tell you was that it was origfic and that it was a male Y/N story

The worst fic I've ever read was a 500k ficlet collection. Every chapter started with a authors note 3x the length of the actual story. Every other sentence had another authors note next to it. Halfway through the fic I decided to stop reading the authors notes and the fic only took 1 or 2 more days to finish. Reading the first half took me 2 weeks. This thing would probably only be 50k words max without the authors notes. I have no idea what made me decide to read all of it. Everybody was horribly out of character, grammar was non-existent, and 99% of the fic was just rants. It's not like this was a small fandom either, it was absolutely massive. I could've gone and found more fics, but I didn't. I didn't like reading it even when I started. It wasn't that I was against abandoning fics because I did it before. Anyway, I've moved from that site now, so I don't have to deal with that anymore. I don't think I'll ever have the will to read something that bad start to finish ever again.

The longest fic ever? I haven't read it, and I don't know what it's about, but I'm pretty sure it's the longest story that has ever been written. If it isn't, it's definitely up there.
