I'm making a Scratch history account for saving Scratch's looks so future scratchers can look back on it. If you are interested, here's the account: scratch.mit.edu/users/front-page-history/

Here are the positions that we have open as of now. Outlined = highly needed.

Daily updates - weekly, flexible schedules. No requirements. 2/7

Studio manager - daily, easy work with some flexibility. No requirements. 2/3
Graphic design/project style - part-time, project layout. Art and a small amount of coding (if you want) 0/1
Copy editing - flexible schedule. Good understanding of grammar. 0/2
Fact checking - flexible schedule. Lots of free time. 0/2

Translator - one-time job. Do not use an online translator. Languages we already have: English

Note: if you aren’t able to work for us but would still like to support us, give us a follow, star, or heart. It will help us reach more people if possible.

Applications: Job / Examples (If applicable) / Why you want to join / Commitment level

Please help me I’m currently doing as much as I can but I am human so it’s not going to well haha

I can do a few jobs like maybe daily updates*, studio manager, graphic design/project design, copy editing, or fact checking. I also have excellent grammar skills and decent spelling so that will be useful. I'm good at coding so I could make a reusable project for the daily updaters to use.

Edit: Can we get a clearer explanation of the jobs please?

*This might be hard because I don't have a very regular schedule. I'm also not very active on weekends so that could be a problem for daily updates too.

Ofc! Daily updates are just recording what scratch looks like right now, by linking projects and taking screenshots. Studio manager just adds the proper things in the studios, it’s pretty easy. Graphic designer can make our account look good and stuff, set up the account, etc. Copy editing is pretty easy too, makes sure everything is grammatically cool and stuff, and fact checking makes sure that the links are accurate, dates aren’t messed up (I sometimes mess up the month). Tell me what you want and I can help you set up on the account.

I could do a little of everything. Seems like these are (mostly) small jobs.

Do whatever you want on the account. I’ll be inactive until Tuesday, so I can’t really manage the account. You don’t have to put daily updates daily, but you know. Pretty frequently. For the studios:
Trending studio: make a project that just says trending history from sept 1 to sept 7 or smth. You can make a new template and replace the already existing one, or just backpack it. Remember that the things are based off of scratch mascots, find the full list in the about us project. Then, add the top three trending projects if they aren’t already added. You should do this every day, if possible.
Curated: make a project similar to the one I made for @-Heron-, add it, every day add the new curated projects.
Featured: basically the same as the trending.

That’s more or less it. Do whatever.

Yea. Or download blocklive and add me as a friend then share an unshared project with me that has the password in a note.
