It might be just because of extension I can't name but the tops of forum posts are still blue (I turned off custom colours)

You probably aren't using an extension specifically to fix this bug, but if you have an extension, that's why you see purple icons. The ST hasn't fixed them yet.

I just saw the follow Discussion button and forum post headers fixed in another topic, but in this one they're back to unfixed. What just happened.

Edit: It's fixed again.

It looks like the post headers and the “follow discussion” have been fixed. The fixed versions appear to be displaying intermittently, but should show up in all cases within a few hours as caches clear out and all that.
