This is a question but it is not about any scripts.is scratch 2.0 now available to download yet. because it is nearly middle of the summer. I know we can make projects if we click create but I need to download because I will stay in the website and I will only make studios without making any projects.

No, not yet. Also, remember when they said they'd release 2.0 in 2012? Yeah. I wouldn't expect the beta version to test to come out until the end of this month and the full version until late August/early September. So just be patient and wait it out for a bit.
