Actually, when I look back at them, most of them are closed for some unknown reason, either it was closed by a moderator as implemented or rejected, it was just closed with no posts indicating why, the user closed it themselves, or (in the case of the second one) it was a duplicate of a dustbinned post. (I wonder why it was dustbinned, most rejected posts don't go to the dustbin. I guess I'll never know.) I tried bumping the two unclosed ones. (One will probably be closed as a duplicate of the other one, anyways)
Whether they're closed for a clear reason or not, the point still stands that a lot of people have suggested this, so it would be worth adding to the list.

Plus, a lot of users have asked the question, “Why can't we report signatures?” over the years.
Also, I bumped the non-closed topic, and it got closed as rejected.

Paddle2See wrote:

Yeah, I'd say this is rejected. It's not that hard to use the post report to also report the signature. And it's a simpler interface.

There is a new rejected suggestion, but I think that is pretty obvious and unfrequently suggested.

That suggests something similar to +18 Scratch, which is listed here.

The Official List of Rejected Suggestions

I seriously that something along the lines of Scratch Team Members should not be able to promote their beliefs could work on this list. I think that it's separate from 7.5 as 7.5 is about posting, while this one is about promoting (like featuring projects/studios). I've seen a bunch of suggestions that say things like “Make Scratch politically neutral” or “Scratch is too liberal”, and they all get closed for one reason or another. I think it would be good to be able to have a quote from TOLORS to respond to those types of suggestions.

If it's added to the list think that this should go in the new item, rather than the one it's in now.

I mean, it has to be if it's stickied (and this long).

Due to some recent confusion, I expanded on “Recycle usernames” (see 8.5) a bit to explicitly include “Delete inactive accounts.” The main change was including a link showing that “delete inactive accounts” is rejected, as well as changing the following quote:
  • Old quote: “This includes deleting inactive accounts, as well as accounts that appear to have no activity at all. It also includes deleting “name sniping” accounts. The Scratch Team sees no need to take down any accounts at this time to reuse usernames.”

  • New quote: “This includes deleting inactive accounts for any reason, including ”name sniping“ accounts as well as accounts that appear to have no activity at all. The Scratch Team sees no need to take down any accounts at this time to reuse usernames, free up server space, or for any other reason.”

Separately, I added this post in the reasoning for 7.5 since I think it's a good post that helps explain some certain ideas.

Alright, I'll try adding it (see 9.8). Let's see how it goes.

In fact, I think this already falls under age-restricted content (see 7.2), since preventing <13-year-olds from sharing projects is precisely restricting a feature based on age. I edited 7.2 briefly to reflect this.
  • Old quote: "This suggestion extends to age-restricting anything on Scratch, such as viewing specific projects. As a general rule, content shared on the Scratch website should be appropriate for all ages."

  • New quote: "This suggestion extends to age-restricting anything on Scratch, such as viewing specific projects or accessing specific Scratch features. As a general rule, Scratch is for all ages, and content shared on the Scratch website should be appropriate for all ages."

This seems similar enough to 7.5 that I don't think I need to make a new entry for it. I allude to the first post you link by saying “the Scratch Team will continue to feature projects and studios that they believe promote the core values of Scratch and its community.” Moreover, @Paddle2See stated "we are rejecting all suggestions to formalize what the Scratch Team can and cannot promote / construct / feature / etc.“ in the post that is currently linked for 7.5, so I think promoting is part of this suggestion. I'll change the word ”post“ in the title to ”promote" to make it more general, since posting is a form of promoting — hopefully that's enough.

Writing this in a new post in the hopes that more people see it (see the bottom of the previous page for my recent responses to everyone else).

Lately I feel like I've been seeing “Ban certain franchises” (3.3) get misused a lot on the forums, in the sense that someone will suggest that the Scratch Team ban/filter some website or something, and then someone will quote 3.3 and just claim that it's rejected. I feel like about half the times that this gets quoted, it is misused.

Is there something in the reasoning for 3.3 that I could be more clear about so that less users misuse the quote? Or should I remove this entry entirely? Just realized that @Paddle2See quoted it in March 2023, so it probably shouldn't just be removed.

Perhaps rename it – like “ban certain franchises (books, TV shows, movies, video games, etc.)” or something to that effect. Maybe include a paragraph explaining specifically that this is about media in pop culture, not websites.

The Official List of Rejected Suggestions

Is it weird that I'm having fun reading this list? I'm honestly quite happy that 6.5 was a rejected suggestion because those words are even allowed on ROBLOX (except for lmao) and let me tell you the chat filter on there is for babies. Plus it would make avoiding mutings much harder. Plus what if we wanted to say “*”? Fancy a game of *, good fellow? See what I'm getting at? A dice game being worthy of a muting sounds ridiculous. Makes me wonder how old the person/people are who suggested that. 7.13 was a big brain move to reject because that could lead to setups. What if you made a project, and then a vote starts for that project, you can just make like 50 accounts and badabing your project about grandma's hip replacement just got FP'ED. 7.9 is one of the dumbest suggestions on the list I'm shocked that somebody thought that was needed. Don't you think sheltered Nintendo switch kids suffer enough? I feel sorry for all the gamers who's mothers set their daily play time to an hour max and then auto shut off. 7.5 is an interesting one. So the scratch team is supposed to respect all views yet for some reason people will have views that offend the scratch team and get censored. You say we're supposed to be respectful of people's beliefs when there's scratchers who made projects about supporting Trump that got taken down while Biden projects stay up. Hypocritical if you ask me. And biased, big time.
Edit: you know the word that's slang for poop, and it begins with C? You hypocrites censored the word on the forums. Not the main website but the forums. It's a dice game already geez

This isn't hypocrisy or a dice game, it's just because it was meant to be temporary until the censor from the main site could be used, they just didn't do it yet due to higher priority.

Until the censor from the main site could be used? What do you mean? Also cr4ps IS a dice game. And it got censored.

See Forum Censor and this post.
There is an easy way to get around it on the forums using BBCode, however, I don't believe that I should discuss ways to get around the censor.

Thanks for taking the time to write this, it's super interesting. It's a shame that these blocks have been rejected, but who knows? Maybe someone will make mods for these blocks!

Something tells me you only know what that game is because you needed a reason to complain about the ST. I'm sure you'll survive not mentioning a gambling game on Scratch.

First of all ive known what it is for years. Secondly, nobody cares that it's a “gambling game” because it doesn't even have to be played for money.
Edit: and you might as well censor roulette, slot machines, lottery, etc if that's your reasoning

Again, the forum censor was meant to be changed to the one on the main site, and it's literally rejected to censor that word on the main site.

Most of these blocks have workarounds, and a majority of them that don't already exist in Turbowarp

I don't care if they censor those words, it's not like I ever use them. But my point being, does it matter?
