Usually when my dream becomes a lucid dream, I wake up. Maybe my brain doesn't want to sleep in? idk

I have these weird “dreams inside of dreams” all the time. Like, I see a weird dream, then I wake up, then I wake up again, and then I wake up again a few more times, and finally I actually wake up from my dream.
I haven't had those dreams, but I have had dreams where, at one point, I remembered something that never happened.
I have had that a lot. Like, in the dreams I would have fake memories, and when I wake up I would think “was that memory real?”.
There is a video game that I'm still not sure is real or not because I may have dreamt it. No clue what the game is called.
What was the plot, mechanics, characters, etc.?

Very interesting. Also what does wake back to bed mean?
It's a lucid dreaming technique where you wake up (typically around 6 hours into your sleep) then do something like get a glass of water or read for around 5 minutes before going back to sleep. It increases your chance of becoming lucid.
I need to do that more often, maybe I could stay asleep for longer

The dream was years ago now, I don't remember enough about it for the information to be meaningful
edit: corrected grammar worst place to miss a word completely changed the meaning of the sentence

I had a dream where i caught transgender and then i went to my doctor and he said i had transgender so i went to transgender rehab

“Oh no! You've caught Transgender!”

I don't think i'm transgender, and the day i had that dream i haven't thought about gender identity, so that dream was weird

I missed the word “don't” so it was saying that I remembered the dream even though I don't

I had a strange dream where I watched The Owl House, and my bedroom had posters of one of the characters with the transgender flag in the background.

From what I've heard, waking up in the middle of the night & doing something for ~10 minutes will maximize your chances of a lucid dream. How much will the thing I do in the middle of the night influence my dreaming?

I don't know, but I stayed up on Scratch last night until 1:30am, and I had a dream where I was in America, but the names of brands were changed for copyright purposes. Also in the dream, Homer Simpson broke into an abandoned chocolate store during the day and ate most of the chocolate, then got caught by a waitress who drove there after reports of a break-in.

I've heard of Wake Back to Bed, but I haven't heard of doing something for 10 minutes. Normally, I just go to the toilet or something and it often works. If the thing your doing is about lucid dreaming (say reading a book on lucid dreaming or thinking about it) it's probably more likely that your dream is lucid, though I'm not sure.

i had a dream where i went with my family to Chicago to do a scavenger hunt. I immediately found one item and then i looked at the list to find the next item and apparently it was to go to red lobster and eat a fish burger with fries. Then i went to a library that had a room that had the red lobster fish burger with fries pre delivered and ate it. The fish burger had to be the best thing i had ever tasted, and the fries were pretty good. Then my cousin and my brother entered the room and they were angry that they couldn't find any things on the (scavenger hunt except the first thing) then my dream ended.

I had a dream where I played a FNAF mobile game about trying to come up with a way to stop test animatronics from coming into your office and jumpscaring you.
In the game, there were also Dave and Bambi characters you could collect, and I really wanted to collect Golden Expunged, but I had to collect another character first.

The character I had to collect in order to receive Golden Expunged was a character called Charles (who is one of my OCs) and that some person with a random username created the character. I was so angry because I couldn't collect Golden Expunged without collecting that other character that I said, “Who the heck is Charles!?”

A while ago, I put some of my lucid dreaming statistics here. They were from about a year ago, and I've just done some updated ones. (It should be noted that a few months of dream data has been lost because I used an app and then didn't record things back into my dream journal before getting rid of it).

The data is from 332 dreams (January 15th 2021-1st June 2023, with no data at all from October 3rd 2022 to January 20th 2023)

I have had 15 lucid dreams since 28th May 2022, with the most successful method being Wake Back to Bed
A total of 216 people have appeared in my dream. 149 of these were real people I know, 63 were fictional people an 4 were real people that I don't know (3 were youtubers, 1 was a singer).
The most frequent person in my dreams was my sister, who appeared in 163 dreams, which makes sense given she is probably the person I see the most
My mum and my dad were the next most frequent, appearing in 160 and 108 dreams respectively.
Outside of my family, my crush was the most frequent person, appearing in 46 dreams (which is rather impressive considering how little I actually see her.)
Tom Riddle was the most frequent fictional character, appearing in 16 dreams. Anakin Skywalker (9 dreams) and Ziggy Greaves (7 dreams) were the next highest
My dreams have featured 47 locations, 3 of which being fictional ones.
Most of my dreams took place at school, which was the setting for 108 dreams, and then home (79 dreams). They are where most of my dreams take place.
Finally, the most frequent fictional location was Hogwarts, which was the setting for 11 dreams.
