I don't receive confirmation email

Hi, one of my students can't receive confirmation email. We already tried to check spam, inbox, wait 1 day, insert a new email address and do the same… How can we solve?

Try resending the confirmation email I believe there is a button in the user account settings.

I don't receive confirmation email

The school email system may be blocking emails from Scratch since some school emails block certain senders.

Keep in mind that when users sign up with a student account to a class created by a teacher, they do not need to enter an email address, their account is set up with the teacher's email.

yes and yes (all studentes from the same class received it, and we also tried another email address..

You can request a teacher account here and the Scratch Team will give you an account with the ability to create classes and invite students.

Yes, all studentes from the same class received it, and we also tried another email address without restriction..

English doesn't seem to be your native language, perhaps using the Italian forum may be easier?

As for your question, try directly contacting the Scratch Team through Contact Us they may be able to help you there.

I don't receive confirmation email

When you go to Account Settings, click “Email and Password”. Type the password for the account into the box and click “resend”. Some of my alts get this problem, but when I type the password and then resend, it works.
